To Make an Enquiry or Request to Book

For Best Prices Book direct with us. You can check availability and prices for each cottage on the individual cottage pages.

1. To make a booking please use our Book Now Box on the cottage page of your choice.

2. For any other enquiries please complete the form below or contact us by telephone on 01271 889379 or email nutcombecottages@googlemail.com.

3. If you wish to bring a dog, please state breed and age of the dog in the comments field

4. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and price and forward our payment details.

5. To secure your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount due (See our Terms & Conditions).

6. We will hold the property for seventy two hours while we await your 30% deposit. Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, although we do accept card payments. We do not accept card payments for stays in Elsley

7. There is an addition charge of £25 for up to 2 dogs.

8. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, we will send a confirmation email as formal acceptance of your booking.

9. The final payment will be due six weeks prior to your visit.
